‘CLD’ Series Pneumatic Diaphragm Pumps

The CLD Pneumatic diaphragm metering pump consists of a liquid chamber and an air chamber separated by a diaphragm.

The CLD is a pneumatic driven low-pressure diaphragm metering pump designed for use in low pressure chemical injection applications such cooling towers and low-pressure processes where isolation of the chemical is required.

The ‘CLD’ series of pneumatic diaphragm metering pumps offer flow rates up to 170 lts/hr and discharge pressures to 6.76 barg.

Standard wetted parts for the ‘CLD’ series are all Teflon Diaphragms with either 316 Stainless Steel or Teflon fluid ends. The pumps are ATEX Approved.

‘Wilroy’ Series Pneumatic Diaphragm Pumps

The WilRoy series is a unique design of pump, blending the proven mRoy® hydraulic by-pass diaphragm design with the Williams “V” Series pneumatic pump. The result is the low volume, high turndown characteristics of a pneumatic drive coupled with the chemical containment and high-pressure capabilities of a hydraulically actuated diaphragm.

Body materials are 316 stainless steel, c/w Gylon diaphragm and features an integral relief valve.
The Williams WRB pumps have the option of rupture detection on the diaphragm, making the unit safer to use in environmentally sensitive areas that need to be leak free.

The Wilroy series comply with European ATEX hazardous area certification.

Williams Solar Chemical Injection Pump (SCIP)

The Williams Solar Chemical Injection Pump (SCIP), previously known as the Solaroy®, is a highly efficient DC-powered injection pump operated by 12 or 24 VDC power. This solar pump was specifically designed from the ground up to handle a variety of flows and pressures while requiring the least amount of power, making this pump ideal for remote locations where power sources are limited.

The SCIP is available in Simplex or Duplex configurations depending on the flow requirements, easily determined using the Williams app available as a free download on iOS or Android app stores.

This solar pump can run continuously with flows from 2 to 100 gallons per day and pressures up to 5,000 psig. The liquid ends are 316 stainless steel with dual seals and ceramic plungers for long product life and excellent chemical compatibility.
